Return and Exchange Policy

NIEMLA will accept all return and exchange requests within 7 days of receipt of order.

Conditions for returns:

• All most all products can be returned unless and until specified on product page or the conditions of sale, which will be specified as an when required
• The product must be returned in original packing, unused, unaltered and in resalable conditions with all tags attached.
• Any damage to the product will be chargeable and will be deducted from the amount to be refunded.
• NIEMLA will refund the value of the goods returned but will NOT refund the value of any shipping or COD charges paid.
• Return or exchange can be requested by you on email at returns@niemla.com or through the returns center tab in the footer.
• Once requested we will email you with steps on how to return the product to us.
• Incase of returns, we will deduct a shipping charges of Rs.200/- from the refund amount as return shipping charges.

Note : Please note to maintain the highest standards of hygiene levels Towels, Bath Mats & Pillows are not returnable until or unless a defective or incorrect item is delivered. Your cooperation is requested for the same.
